Baumit FlexaColor comes ready to use and can be applied with a roller, brush, or using airless spray techniques. It is easy to work with under various weather conditions, as long as the temperature remains between +5°C and +30°C. The paint dries quickly and forms tension-free layers, preventing cracking after drying. Dilution is adjusted as needed – the first coat can be diluted with up to 10–15% water, and subsequent coats are applied undiluted or with up to 5% water.
Suitable for a Variety of Facade Substrates
FlexaColor is universally applicable to mineral plasters, lime-cement and cement bases, concrete, and other surfaces with good adhesion. It is also suitable for refurbishing older facades coated with dispersion paints and renders. For optimal results, it is recommended to use compatible primers from the Baumit system (e.g., MultiPrimer or SanovaPrimer), as well as mechanical cleaning and reinforcement of unstable areas.
