Description:
Used for bonding expanded styrene panels during wall thermal insulation. CT 83 is suitable for both newly constructed buildings and old buildings undergoing thermal insulation improvement. It has strong adhesion to load-bearing walls, concrete foundations, and plaster. Part of the Ceresit Ceretherm external thermal insulation system.
Bonded panels require additional fixing with mechanical connectors, such as plastic dowels. To create a reinforced plaster layer with a fiberglass mesh on the styrofoam panels, use the Ceresit CT 85 thermal insulation solution or the white adhesive-plaster compound Ceresit CT 87 "2 in 1."
