Applications
Knauf Finishgrund is used to prepare various mineral and highly absorbent substrates before finishing work. It is particularly suitable for:

Easy Application
Before application, the substrate must be sound, dry, clean, and free from dust. Any paint residues, grease, oil, or loose particles should be removed. Stir the primer thoroughly before use and apply it without dilution using a roller or brush. On highly absorbent surfaces, a second coat may be applied using the "wet-on-wet" method. Clean tools with water immediately after use.
Fast Drying
At a temperature of approximately 20°C and a relative humidity of 65%, Knauf Finishgrund dries in approximately 8 hours, after which the next finishing layer can be applied. Drying time may be extended at lower temperatures or higher humidity levels.
