Knauf MP 75 L is a lightweight and cost-effective pre-mixed dry solution based on high-quality gypsum with special lightweight additives. It is offered at a favorable price in our store and is ideal for aerated concrete, brick, pumice, concrete blocks, mixed masonry, or porous wall blocks, as it largely meets the specific requirements for absorption and the nature of the substrate.
For challenging substrates like concrete, use binding bridges such as Knauf Betokontakt or Knauf Spraykontakt, and for highly absorbent substrates, consider Knauf Aufbrennsperre. It can be used in all rooms with normal humidity, including residential wet areas such as kitchens and bathrooms.

Mechanical Mixing
Mixing Knauf MP 75 L is done by intensive stirring in the plastering machine. The addition of water should be regulated to achieve the desired consistency, allowing perfect application on the existing substrate and the planned thickness. The smooth gypsum paste can be easily transferred to the spraying head and ensures even, easily distributed, and well-bonded plaster application.
Mechanical Plaster Application
Machine plasters are typically applied in a single layer with a thickness of 10 to 35 mm. In exceptional cases, layer thicknesses of up to 50 mm are possible. The machine plaster MP75 L is evenly sprayed at the desired thickness onto the plaster base from the air under pressure, delivered to the spraying head. The spraying pressure improves adhesion as the plaster penetrates well into joints and recesses.
Application
After spraying, Knauf MP75 L plaster is distributed vertically and horizontally with a trowel. Immediately after hardening begins, the plaster surface can be scraped if necessary to remove irregularities. If a textured plaster or ceramic tiles are to be applied as the final finish, the surface may only need to be scraped.
Surface Finishing
When the plaster has sufficiently hardened, dampen it lightly and smooth it with a sponge or mechanical felting tools.
